We deliver true value to our clients, conducting each retainer-based search to completion. To ensure your unique requirements are met, we confidently guarantee the selected candidate’s success for six months. In the unlikely event that the correlation is not aligned, a new search will be conducted to provide an appropriate replacement at no additional retainer fee.

Our fees are based on a pre-determined percentage of the chosen candidate’s starting base salary only. We invoice in three instalments:
A retainer of one-third of the estimated salary is payable upon initiation of the search; An additional one-third is invoiced after 30 days;
The final one-third, which is adjusted based on the negotiated starting salary, is payable upon completion.

Out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel, advertising, long-distance telephone calls and courier charges will be billed at cost. Before incurring any substantial expenses, we will solicit your approval.
